Jack Childers

The owner of Childers Law Firm is Jack A. Childers, Jr., active in the practice of law in Tennessee for more than thirty two years. Mr. Childers has tried hundreds of civil cases in state and federal courts in many of the various counties and cities of Tennessee. Additionally, Mr. Childers has handled a number of appeals before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and The Worker’s Compensation Panel of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Rosalyn Wakefield

Rosalyn Wakefield is a senior paralegal of Childers Law Firm and in previous years, has functioned as a paralegal in the corporate and private sectors.

Ms. Wakefield provides litigation support in managing resources through different phases of each individual case. She also provides technology support assisting with the communication and efficiency of our legal services. She assists in delivering quality legal services through status reports of completed and planned tasks for our clients, through research and writing, investigation, discovery and assistance at trial. Ms. Wakefield coordinates and organizes client media, depositions, hearings and conferences.

She is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. and earned her paralegal certificate from the National Institute of Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia.
